San Miguel Beermen Basketball Updates

Are you frustrated waiting as to when your favorite basketball player idol Dynamite Danny Seigle will be playing again for the San Miguel Beermen? Well, based on the current situation, your frustrations might get extended as there are no news that he will be playing soon.

But I have some good news for you. I stumbled upon this short Youtube videos of a young Danny Seigle stomping his slam dunking ability against the Major Pain Eric Menk of Barangay Ginebra.

I don’t remember exactly what year or conference this happened but I am sure this was during the early years of the San Miguel Beermen dynasty. A proof of that was the jersey of Danny Seigle that contains a San Miguel Beermen cartoon character – the one holding a mug of beer.

Listen carefully also of the commentators. You will notice a familiar voice in Noli Eala handling the coverage. So this is before he became the PBA Commissioner.

I will not keep you waiting. Here’s the first part with the camera from the top perspective showing Danny Seigle receiving a quick pass, dribbled a little, then jumped high for the in-your-face two-handed slam dunk over Eric Menk for the poster jam.
