San Miguel Beermen Basketball Games Updates

After failing in its first bid to grab the solo leadership in the team standings of the 2008-2009 KFC PBA Philippine Cup, the San Miguel Beermen will again try its hand to do the trick this time with reigning 2007-2008 All-Filipino champions Sta. Lucia Realtors in their 3:00 PM (the game seems to start late) encounter in the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

The San Miguel Beermen will try to bounce back from a one-point loss to the Red Bull Barakos in their out-of-town game in Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental. They were caught flat-footed on defense by the Barakos who reached the century mark anchored on their hot shooting in the perimeter and stingy perimeter defense that limited the gunners of the San Miguel Beermen from unloading three point bombs.

This is an equally exciting ballgame despite the fact that both teams will rely on their defense to grab the win. Sorry Kelly Williams, but I don’t want to see you dunking against my favorite team. Do it some other days with other teams.
